"School is a building which has four walls and tomorrow inside." - Lon Watters
Our large classroom is carefully designed to be a backdrop to the nurturing development of young children. As children spend their day in the classroom they have many opportunities to expand their knowledge by actively participating in a world that is appropriate for their level of development.
We've incorporated lots of natural colors, materials and greenery. This keeps the atmosphere warm and inviting. The atmosphere we create does not overstimulate the mind or body. As a result, the space serves as an almost blank canvas, allowing for best self creativity and expression.
For the 2023/2024 school year, Aleph hosts a mixed-age setting. This gives a strong sense of responsibility to our older children. This method also provides the young ones with active role models, who they have constant interaction with, and can learn plenty from them. Just as in the real world, children interact with people of all ages, our school molds them for mixed-age social readiness.
More than the physical elements, we take meticulous care in creating a space that radiates joy, acceptance, friendship, and kindness. These are fostered by caring and happy staff, that greet everyone with a smile. They teach by example how to create a calm and welcoming environment.
