The most somber day on our Jewish calendar is approaching, the 9th of Av, commonly known as Tisha B'Av. The day marks the destruction of our two past Holy Temples in Jerusalem.
This year, Tisha B'Av corresponds to August 12 - 13, 2024.
The day is commemorated by a 24+ hour fast, similar to that of Yom Kippur.
Fast begins at 7:37 pm, on Monday eve, August 12. Fast ends at 8:03 pm, on August 13th.
Join us at Chabad for a meaningful and memorable Tisha B’Av.
